MemoCam Zorro Day-Night DVR PIR VMD SDHC

The MemoCam PIR DVR is the latest member of the MemoCam range and captures pictures in colour during the day and switches to monochrome when the light fades.

It is an ideal solution for providing covert surveillance to the Police, Councils and Trading Standards. It can be used to supply evidence where bogus callers, doorstep crime and distraction burglary have been committed and has successfully provided evidence that led to convictions in these areas.

The palm-sized MemoCam unit is now smaller and slimmer than ever before, containing a covert colour/ monochrome camera, passive infrared sensor (PIR) and a digital video recorder (DVR) with a removable Mini-SD flash memory card for local image storage of up to 4GB (SDHC). Image sequences are recorded upon external/internal dry contact activation as well as on video motion detection and/or PIR detection. The MemoCam is IP ready for remote management over Internet/LAN via the MemoCam Gateway device. (sold separately).

The MemoCam has a resolution of 640x480 (SXGA), 8 levels of selectable recording quality, up to 10 frames per second (fps) recording speed, 1V/Lux-sec sensitivity and a RS485 communication port. It also has a composite videooutput for connection to an external CCTV monitor or standard TV. Video Motion Detection (VMD) allows for activation of recording of triggers that are out of reach of the PIR or persons/objects that move within a specified area of the camera image by means of VMD masking.
