It is a legal requirement to display a Wanring Notice that you are using CCTV Recording. You should remember therefore that  whether you are using only Dummy Cameras (and therefore there is NO legal requirement) or a real CCTV System, it makes sense to display a Warning Notice so that any intruder will believe it to be a real camera! 

Not only that but by displaying a Warning Sign you are making it obvious that cameras are in use (just in case they hadn't seen them).
