Rechargeable UV Lamp with 12w of Power Description

Our new Professional Rechargeable UV Lamp is ideal for where you need a powerful, portable, UV light, giving 3 times the output of a normal handheld UV lamp.  This unit gives bright illumination, is lighter in weight (at just 1.3Kgs) than previous models and comes complete with a carrying handle and even a bright white spot light.

The Professional Rechargeable UV Lamp has numerous uses including Counterfeit Currency Detection, illuminating UV Ink for property marking, and even helping identify damage to ceramics & crystalware particularly antiques. As supplied to police forces and forensic laboratories as well as shops, businesses and members of the public.

With the additional purchase of our 6w white tubes (see accessories below), the unit has the advantage that it can be used as an Emergency Light or for camping. 

When using as an Emergency Light, the unit can be plugged into the mains permanently and in the event of a power failure, the lamp will immediately turn the tubes on giving a good safe light.
